The Life of a Hollywood Queen

 Miss Florida USA is only 16 days away!!

Miss USA 2008 in Las Vegas was amazing! I had so much fun on my first trip to Sin City!

My mom (who has traveled there many many times) took me shopping and sightseeing all along the strip. SO much walking!

I did take my laptop with me on the trip but I was so busy I had absolutely no time to update. It's taken me a whole week to recover from Vegas! haha. :) 

We stayed at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, where all the action was taking place! I ran into Rachel Smith in the hotel elevator and Joey Fatone in the casino on my first night.

There were so many people from Florida at the pageant. I met up with my Miss FL USA '08 roomie Miranda Weber, my coach Jules, and Robin from La Casa Hermosa. We had a fabulous dinner at Spago to celebrate PageantReady Miss Pennsylvania's Top 5 placement. Congrats to Ren!

Seeing Miss USA live was so much fun! 

On my last day in Vegas I met up with former Miss Hollywood Yazmin Navarro! So unexpected to run into each other in Vegas. We had a delicious brunch at the beautiful Bellagio hotel. yummm.

Tips for the next trip to Vegas... moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!! :)

What a Saturday I had!

First up was an appearance at the Hollywood Arts Park for Global Groove.
My Hollywood sister queen, Tiana, and I gave away three awards for the Jaycees poster contest.
Then we walked around the park for a bit and got to enjoy the live music and performances.
It was such a beautiful day to be outside!

Next up was the Miss Miami Gardens Pageant at Pace High School.
The competition was great! Congratulations to Miss Trudy for her second successful pageant. The set was so cute!

Congratulations to my friend and Pageant Ready sister Karlee Janigian, the new Miss Miami Gardens Teen USA!! 
It was a fun filled day of pageantry as Miss Hollywood USA!

I'm so excited for the upcoming week! On Thursday I fly out to Las Vegas with my mom to attend Miss USA!
I cannot wait! It will be my first time in Vegas. :)
I'll try to take my laptop with me so I can keep everyone updated on all the fun happenings in Sin City!
(And hopefully I'll get to post my picture with Christian Siriano!! Love him!)
